Modular Stair Systems
Modular Stair Systems (MSS) are self-supported up to 20 stories and are pre-engineered to the state and county of the project. The system comprises landings, stairs, railings, wall rails, and cane rails. The bottom modular stair unit is secured to the foundation using several foundation brackets. Units are interconnected at their corner columns using a connection sleeve.
